Monster Of A Day

I still have DOCBOT on my mind and will eventually get some stories created. Till then here is another pinup image of him dealing with a giant monster problem. I hate when that happens.

Just having some Photoshop fun with the character and created this dramatic promo piece. Some stories are starting to brew in my mind. You can also still pick up issues of the comic around some SF Bay area places. Just check the list of places in one of my earlier entries.

Hello all I have been slowly working on a few new DOCBOT stories and hopefully will get them out in this next year. I also am learning from what I have done so far and hope to grow and improve throughout this process. Here is a Photoshop/digital painting of the bot himself.

The Beginning

This page from my 30th sketchbook was where I first came up with the idea for my DOCBOT comic book. When I sketched this page I probably was not thinking of creating ideas for a comic book. Some of these elements and the word I wrote down seemed to slowly evolve into the comic book idea I am building on at present. This page was drawn eight years ago today which in itself blows my mind.
